The work of the research group has been funded by grants and contracts from a wide diversity of sources. These include Conservation International (CI); Countryside Commission for Wales (CCW); Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA); Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC); Environment & Heritage Service; European Research Council (ERC); Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO); The Leverhulme Trust; Natural England; Natural Environment Research Council (NERC); North of England Zoological Society; and The Royal Society. I am extremely grateful to all of them for their support.
In the past the research group has benefitted enormously from generous private donations. In particular, this has provided opportunities to capitalise on major research findings by the group, and to popularise and to disseminate these findings much more widely. I would welcome further such support, and am very happy to discuss such possibilities (email@example.com).
